The ACT5-EM has a capacity of 50 users, which makes it suitable for a small to medium size business and is seen as the industies standard, whilst the ACT10 keypad is very versatile and comes with a sleek modern edge design.

The V42 is a long standing keypad in the industry with simple dip switched to change the code in seconds.
