The company operates a returns policy based on goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, a 30% handling / restocking charge will be applied.
For items which are claimed to be faulty, our Technical Support Team should be contacted to enable the fault to be verified. Should the matter not be resolved, a returns authorisation number will be issued and the item collected for testing / inspection. A charge of £25.00 + carriage + vat may be levied at our discretion for items found not faulty.
Any items returned without a returns authorisation number, will be refused upon receipt.
